Trouble reading? View online MEET MEXA  Friday 16 September, Michelle Salazar de la Rocha and Sam Napier, creators of London's best taco, bring their brand new alter ego, Mexa, to Arcade Food Hall. Sonora took London by storm when it brought us the addictive flavours of Michelle's hometown. The couple's new brand at Arcade will now introduce dishes found throughout Mexico at large, with confit brisket tacos, lamb birria tacos and a limey seabass ceviche among the menu highlights. To welcome Mexa to the family, we've partnered with Ilegal Mexcal to throw two fiestas on Sunday 18 and Sunday 25 September. Mexa's full menu will be available, alongside exclusive margaritas, mezcal highballs and a Oaxacan Old Fashioned, set to a line-up of live Latin entertainment (full line-up below). FOLLOW MEXA IN THE KITCHEN WITH: MICHELLE SALAZAR DE LA ROCHA  The seafood element of Mexa's menu is made up of two dishes-ceviche and aguachile-both based on the same principle of curing seafood on acid. "People also use orange or pineapple but because ours is Sinaloan we use lime," says Michelle. Ceviche de lobina (of seabass) is from a recipe passed down through Michelle's family. Crispy tostadas (fried corn tortillas) are topped with a thin layer of creamy mayo, cold lime-cured seabass ceviche, fresh avocado and salsa negra.
