A5 Japanese Wagyu beef, widely considered the best beef in the world, will form part of the nine-course Omakase menu at Sushi Kamon from Tuesday 8 November - Saturday 3 December.
Reared solely in Japan, Wagyu beef is the result of a meticulous nurturing technique using native cattle. Cows are extremely well looked after and fed a strict, nutrient-rich diet resulting in their unique marbling, flavour and texture.
A5 is the highest-grade form of Wagyu. It has an intensely umami taste and a texture soft as butter. For a limited time only, it will be available as part of the £45 and £75 Omakase experience. |
